📌Our summer camp will bring together young people (16-18 years old) from Germany and all around the world to explore answers to a simple question: What do we want the cities of the future to look like?
🟢We want to look at the topic of sustainable cities from as many different perspectives as possible including
👉Food
👉Energy
👉Transport
👉Social and economic aspects
❗During the camp you get the chance to explore each of these aspects in a global context, looking at what they mean for cities in different parts of the world.
🔎Anyone who by July, 20 2025 is between 16 and 18 years old can apply. 👉Applicants should feel comfortable to have conversations in English – and be curious about sustainable cities! 👉The camp is not limited to applicants currently residing in Europe but for sustainability reasons we do not want to encourage flying internationally
💰For participants travelling within Germany, transport costs to and from Freiburg will be fully covered.
💰For participants travelling from elsewhere in Europe, we aspire to also cover all travel expenses but we will need to assess this on a case-by-case basis. Our aim is that nobody will be excluded because they cannot afford travel!
