🎉The Future Leaders Academy is now accepting applications from individuals committed to societal change and eager to develop their leadership potential.
📌The Future Leaders Academy is a one-year, non-formal, bilingual educational program designed to equip young professionals with the knowledge, skills, and values necessary for responsible citizenship and impactful leadership.
🔎We are looking for young individuals who👇
- Are citizens of the Republic of Armenia, aged between 22 and 35
- Have a demonstrated commitment to community service
- Show strong leadership potential
- Are motivated to contribute to societal change
- Possess English proficiency at a minimum B2 level
- Will be available to participate in all sessions of the Academy
❗By joining the Future Leaders Academy, you will:
- Gain valuable knowledge and tailor-made skills in key areas such as leadership, ethical standards, human rights, democracy and civic engagement
- Learn from international experts in these fields, who will come to Yerevan specifically to deliver their tailored presentations to participants
- Participate in numerous workshops and panel discussions on international leading standards organized in Yerevan and the countryside
- Network with like-minded young professionals and experts while developing skills to think outside the box
- Engage in comprehensive and inclusive discussions and activities
- Learn how to conduct impactful research and contribute to meaningful societal change
